Skipper, a Lab/Great Pyrenees mix, presents our 2005 Chardonnay from the Sleepy
Hollow Vineyard located in the Santa Lucia Highlands. The vineyard is one of the
most famous Chardonnay vineyards in the Monterey appellation and has produced award-winning
wines for over two decades.
Our 2005 Chardonnay is a rich, elegant wine with deep flavors of toasty oak, vanilla
and hints of butterscotch, resulting from the ideal combination of lush ripe fruit
and oak aging. The wine is full bodied with a crisp, clean finish. This wine will
appeal to both white and red wine drinkers alike.
